How long will the commission take?
It depends, I am a recent college grad whose schedule changes frequently, though I try to get them done within 1-2 months. I can get them done much sooner if needed [this must be noted at the start of the commission prosess].Please note animated or Vtuber/PNGtuber commissions may take longer due to their complexity!
Will you take [Art trades, art, characters, ect.] as payment?
I will advertise when I want other things for payment, otherwise it's always USD.
Will you take other forms of payment?
No. I only take Ko-Fi, Cashapp, and Paypal USD.
Is there a limit on the amount of commissions I can order?
No, however the more you order, the longer it will take.
What program do you use?
I use FireAlpaca with a Xence Labs screenless drawing tablet!
For PNGTubers I use PNGTuber+ and I use Live2D Cubism for Vtubers + Vtube Studio.
These terms are to protect both myself, and and my work as an artist. By commissioning me; you are automatically agreeing with all the terms listed below. I reserve the right to change any and/or all of these terms as I see fit at any point, by breaking these terms you will be blacklisted.

General Terms of Service / Terms of Use, and Payment
》I reserve the right to refuse or decline a commission request for any reason I see fit.
》I accept USD the commissioner will cover any currency conversion fees.
》I expect full payment after I have completed the sketch portion of a commision, you may DM me to work out a payment plan. I will accept payment plans for commissions [or commission batches] of $100 USD or more.
》My prices are set, you will not be able to commission me if you argue with my prices.
》I will not accept refunds after the commission is finished. You may get a refund if I am unable to complete the artwork after approving the Sketch.
》 Do not trace or heavily reference my work; Either designs or normal commissions.
》NFTs and/or Crypto of my art is NOT Permitted.
》I DO NOT CONSENT FOR MY ART TO BE USED IN "AI LEARNING"
》Using my art for "AI art" or "AI learning" is NEVER permitted.
》You may use my art as a profile icon, banner, character profile art, ect. HOWEVER you may NOT remove my watermark.
》When reposting my art PLEASE clearly credit me somewhere!
》DO NOT claim my work as yours, you commissioned me for the piece however I made it!
Commission Terms of Service
》 Please do not start the conversation with "hi", be direct about what you'd like from me so I know if I can complete your commission.
》I DO NOT do deadlines for commissions unless you ask at the start of the commission process.
》I send progress shots for: Sketch, Color, Final. If you wish to see more progress shots please ask!
》I will only work on a commission if I am given reference [reference MUST be visual].
》I offer changes to the commission until the sketch is approved.
》 After the sketch is approved, only colors, shading, and lighting can be changed at request of the commissioner.
》I will draw: Humans, Furries/Anthros, Feral creatures, ect.
》I may charge more if a character is complex.
》I WILL NOT draw fetishizing, or in any other way exploitative content.
》NSFW is only available with characters I deem sufficiently human; EG: Humanoids, Humans, and furries/anthros [they MUST HAVE mostly human anatomy].
》I will not draw hate content, this includes: racism, homophobia, transphobia, ect.
Commission Process
》After you have contacted me and provided the necessary reference material, I will start the sketching process.
》I accet payment through: Cashapp, Ko-Fi [stripe included], or Paypal
》NOTE THAT I PREFER CASHAPP OR Ko-Fi
》After payment is made I will finish the commission [with WIPs sent where agreed].
》I will share my work via social media, you MUST let me know at the beginning of the commission process if you do not want your art piece on social media [You will receive character credit].
》If you wish for the commission to be private, or to be delayed from posting [eg; a birthday present] please let me know!
》Let me know of any issues with your commission by DM, BEFORE I finish it.
》Asking for changes after the commission is done will have an added fee dependent on how drastic the change is.
》I will not edit a commission months or years after it's made unless under special circumstances.
》I have the right to refuse refunds after a commission is completed.
》You may repost and/or use the art you have commissioned from me anywhere, but you must ALWAYS credit me CLEARLY as the creator.
Design Terms of Service
》When placing a commission for a custom character I need any of the below reference material: moodboards, pinterest boards, images of hairstyles and objects, color palettes, species. ect.
》 I WILL NOT MAKE DESIGNS WITH ONLY VERBAL DESCRIPTIONS.
》You may make 3 major changes before additional fees are added to your commission.
》I may raise the price depending on the designs complexity.
》Always give credit when posting the images I have made.
》I WILL NOT copy another creator's design/work.
》You may not use any non-human designs created by me for inappropriate content.
》You cannot sell designs for more than you bought it for, unless there is extra art or value added.
》You may edit the design in the future, however it should still be recognizable as the original.
》You may gift, trade, or sell my work, however I would like to be notified so I can keep track of my designs :]!
》Never sell or give my designs to people who I have blacklisted, you will also be blacklisted for this.
》If you see someone reposting and/or tracing my art, or violating my TOS please DM me.
